Hestia Tobacco marketing materials are targeted only to current adult tobacco consumers (ATC). Marketing materials may not contain statements that suggest that people who do not currently smoke tobacco or nicotine products should try Hestia products.

Hestia Tobacco marketing materials may not include imagery of any kind that is intended, designed, or otherwise likely to appeal to minors. Images that are intended to and designed to appeal to adults of legal smoking age in all 50 states (21 or above) are permitted.

Great care should be taken with all images in marketing materials of human users of Hestia products. People depicted in Hestia ads should be of the correct age. Lifestyle messaging should be reviewed carefully to ensure that the message being sent is truly adult-facing.

Hestia Tobacco marketing materials should not try to dissuade current smokers from quitting all use of nicotine containing products. When it comes to smokers, Hestia products are an alternative for the smoker who cannot or will not quit smoking – they are not intended to replace true quitting behavior (the quitting of all use of nicotine) if that is what the smoker wishes to do. As such, we should avoid any claims related to “health” or “smoking cessation.”

Hestia Tobacco by and through all their officers, employees and agents will continue to comply with all deeming and settled regulations promulgated by the Food and Drug Administration, Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and their subsidiary, the Tobacco Tax Bureau.
